For the latter, cooling, ports, memory and how long the load lasts belong in the comparison. A creator’s recommendation is useful context, not a guarantee of how every app will run for you.

Separate the Air/Pro question from the screen and memory questions

Air versus Pro is more than a name: mobility, display, connectivity, heat and sustained work all affect the experience. Screen size should include your travel pattern and whether you use an external display. Memory and storage are difficult to change later, so list your simultaneous apps, source files and sync habits before deciding.
