Terms of use
By using FindTuTu you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service. The Google sign-in screen also links to this standalone page.
Effective and last updated: 26 August 2026
1. The service
FindTuTu provides video-topic curation, editorial context, reviews, tags, search, recommendations and links to third-party players. Features, languages, content and availability may change while the service evolves.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must have legal capacity to accept these terms; minors should use the service with a parent or guardian. Use only your own Google account, protect your session and do not impersonate others or bypass security. FindTuTu never asks for your Google password.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not disrupt, probe, reverse engineer, evade rate limits or abuse an API.
- Do not scrape at scale, mirror, commercially republish or train a commercial system on our content without written permission.
- Do not submit unlawful, infringing, hateful, deceptive, malicious, personal or spam content.
- Do not use wishes, reports, accounts or sharing tools to harass creators, users or staff.
4. Your submissions
You keep existing rights in wish and report text, while granting FindTuTu a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to store, analyse, combine, edit and use it for research, moderation, service improvement and related publications. You must have the right to submit it and avoid unnecessary personal or confidential information.
5. Intellectual property
FindTuTu text, design, software, brand and TuTu character are protected. Apart from personal browsing and link sharing, reproduction, adaptation or commercial use requires permission. Third-party videos and marks remain with their owners.
6. YouTube and third parties
Playback, regional limits, ads, removal and account behaviour are controlled by third-party platforms and subject to their terms and privacy policies. We do not guarantee that a video or external service remains available.
7. Accuracy, advertising and availability
AI-assisted, human-edited material can be incomplete, biased, wrong or outdated and is not medical, legal, financial or other professional advice. Ads and labelled partnerships may appear. We may suspend features, remove content or restrict accounts for security, law, abuse, maintenance or operational needs.
8. Liability and governing law
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the service is provided “as is” without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation. FindTuTu is not liable for reliance on content, third-party platforms, data loss or indirect loss; liability that cannot lawfully be excluded remains unaffected. These terms are governed by Hong Kong law without removing mandatory consumer rights in your location.
9. Changes
Updates are posted here and material changes will be communicated reasonably. Continued use after an effective update means acceptance.
First sign-in reward
New members receive 10 draw tickets and 500 TuTu Coins on their first sign-in. Each account can receive this reward once; signing in again does not grant it again.
